The project

A quieter way to live

Sei Saadiyat is built around stillness. Its towers sit around planted courtyards, and the light on the façades softens and warms as the day goes on. The tallest rises 17 floors.

Jacobs designed the buildings and gardens. Kettle Collective did the interiors, using stone, wood, metal and woven finishes, with border tiles from Japan in every home. Some upper-floor homes look out to the museums, the Gulf and the city skyline.

You can choose a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, a 2-bedroom Kanso Loft at the top of a tower or a 3-bedroom Kanso Residence. Some homes can have a maid's room.
